TL;DR: IT'S STILL COMING! ...EVENTUALLY!

It's just taking me a while, I obviously missed that last deadline I set but this time I SWEAR I'll get the update out.

Still, no promises on any deadlines, I don't need that kinda anxiety on my shoulders okie. I do have a personal deadline, but it's more of a soft deadline that I'm okay with missing if I end up missing the deadline. But it's still being worked on, I have a more solid plan laid out for the update, rather than just keeping the ideas I have in my brain, I'm actually writing them out so I have a tangible progress meter basically.

The only thing I'll say about release is I wanna release it before GTA 6 so that I can brag and say "We really got HTRAGS 2 2.0 before GTA 6". Okay I'm kidding, I know that jokes been beaten like a dead horse. But it IS coming out... eventually... someday...

I really wanna get this update out before I go back into full production on my next project just so it can finally stop bothering my mind. I REALLY hope I don't end up disappointing with this update, I really wanna try and get it into a state that I'm fully happy with. And then once that's out and all the bugs are fixed, I can finally start working on bigger and better things.

Only features I'll tease for the HTRAGS 2 update are guns, text based dialogue (no more cringe shit voiced by me dialogue), and a god damn gas station. Oh and a different "story" structure, so EVERYTHING will be different. Yes, that means all existing speedruns are going to be totally outdated. But I don't know if people are still gonna speedrun it, I don't even know how many people are gonna end up playing the update. Hell, I don't even know how many people are gonna read this till the end! If you did, thank you :3 that means a lot to me!
