Can you make it on the psvita pls

(+1)

I could try, though I remember when I first made a prototype Vita build it crashed right away so... we'll see

when i played the game for more than 2 hours and it didn't crash on the psvita 1000

Oh yeah the first game runs fine, but I remember the 2nd game crashing on Vita. I'll probably revisit a Vita port later though, the current source repo is kinda a mess with the unfinished 2.0 update... And right now I'm working on other things so it's unfortunately not a huge priority at the moment.

Okay thanks voor the time

The first was better

LETS GO UPDATE PERCHANCE

LETS GOOOOOOOOOO

how did you make the game?

(+1)

I used the Godot Engine and quite a bit of janky/hacky programming without a clear vision for what I really wanted to do

Oh yay,I use godot(just got it,can't program, and have no idea what I'm doing though,so I'm just modifying templates, and I'm publishing one of them soon) thanks for replying, wasn't expecting one

(+1)

I get email notifications whenever I get a comment. Oh and by the way, you're totally free to download the godot project files to all my games and mess around with them. I tried to make the code at least kind of readable so maybe you can learn something! (although they only open in Godot 3.x, not Godot 4)

Unfortunately, I use godot 4,thanks for making it open source though, might be able to get something from it.also,i gmailed you.

No Android version ön the New öné but the game is realy good

on the windows version so much ketchup on the text

Uh... if you could please send a screenshot of what you're talking about that would be appreciated

oh the bug is now fixed i can show

i shows the mouse while moving around and its really annoying.

(+1)

Are you playing on the web or desktop version?

web, though i can play on desktop, so if thats the issue, np

Yeah the web version is a little weird and janky. If I'm gonna be completely honest, I pretty much never tested it until right before I was about to release it.

absolutely excellent

the text is all messed up on the native linux release and the windows release with wine

Hey, sorry for the almost week late reply. If you could send a screenshot showing off the messed up text that would be great

desperate for a Mac release

actually I'll try to build it myself since I'm cool like that

but it would be like, even cooler if you could just download it

If you get a working build, do tell me and I’ll put it up here for download

I would if I could, but Apple made it real difficult to get a proper executable that doesn’t get totally rejected by modern versions of macOS.

Or I’m just dumb.

I was able to build and run it without much issue, but it likely didn't complain since I built it on my own machine. It's quite common to encounter these kinds of issues for indie software (un-notarized) on macOS, but there are quite a few ways around it.

Although macOS will complain about not being able to run the un-notarized executables, it's still possible through a variety of means which can be done by the end-user, though at times they can be a bit inconvenient.

If you ad-hoc sign the application (doesn't require a developer account to my knowledge, just enable add the "Disable Library Validation" entitlement beforehand), I think it would just require right-clicking or control-clicking to open instead of double-clicking to open.

Take a look here:
https://docs.godotengine.org/en/stable/tutorials/export/running_on_macos.html#ap...
https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/mh40616/

The only issue after building was that the built-in fullscreen didn't work and just added a black background with the game in the top right, but after disabling it you can use the native window controls to fullscreen it without issue.

Thanks for the pretty detailed response. I'll definitely look into all of this and see if I can get it running on my hardware (which is a puny little 2012 Macbook Air...).

I know for certain that my initial issue was that the Mac executable wasn't signed in anyway giving me the "App is damaged and can't be opened" error. So at the veeeery least I'll get it signed. I hope running an outdated (Catalina) of macOS doesn't give me issues with running on newer versions.

To be honest I have the money for a 13" M2 Macbook Air... but I'm saving it for a car (real important in rural USA) AND it would leave me almost broke. But I definitely want to support Macs at... some point.

(+2)

as somebody who as been playing this AAA Game series since release, I'm extremely happy it has gone open source :)

I had a lot of fun but I feel it's kinda short and we don't even rob a gas station this time. Can we expect more endings in the future?

(+1)

For real!

Hopáré!!!

(+2)

Maybe… since you’ve made a video on my game and there’s more people wanting to play it, I might update it. But I’ve honestly lost most of my motivation to make games at the current moment

(+1)

fun but I wanna shoot the store clerk

OMGGEGEE HOW TO ROB A GAS STATION 2!?!?!?1?!?!!?1

epic

I absolutely loved the first game! I was scrolling through Godot games, and I found THIS! I never knew you made a sequel, and even better, I didn't know it was made in Godot!

Man I freaking love Godot. It’s fun to work with and I’m able to put my ideas in pretty quickly.

…Unfortunately my greater ambition for this game made it not so fun to develop (unlike the first game which was a blast to make)… But oh well

how do you get  the sigma ending

Get the game and walk out without paying

Thanks

Hey it's me, Sneed, just stopping by to say : "Howdy"

mac download?

In order to make the Mac download actually work, I’d need a newer Mac that also has macOS on it

What about the true ending?I played this game for a long time but couldn't find this ending...

For that one you just have to do nothing during the opening cutscene. You'll go back to sleep and boom true ending

Thank you for the great games, partner. Your Pal,

-Sneed

i installed it on linux debian version and it is loading forever do you have 32 bit file for linux

This is awesome! We got a few of the endings and enjoyed them. Your humor is great and the parody games in the store made us laugh the hardest in the video. We are also surprised this didn't have a video made already cause you have made something special. Keep up the good work.
